The Behringer MicroAMP HA400 is a compact four-channel stereo headphone amplifier. A single stereo signal enters on a 6.3 mm (1/4") TRS input and feeds four amplifier sections, each with its own 6.3 mm stereo headphone output and level control. It runs from an external 12 V DC adapter, so there are no batteries to manage, and an LED shows when it is on. On a job it turns one feed into four listening points: programme sound for guests on a podcast set, a cue feed for presenters, or headphones for producers and clients at the director's desk. Each listener sets their own volume without affecting the others. All four outputs carry the same mix, so separate mixes per person need separate sends from the console.
