Ambitful CS320 C-Stand with Boom Arm

A stainless-steel C-stand from Ambitful with a three-section column running from 146 to 320 cm, supplied here with its telescopic boom arm (giraffe) and a sandbag. Ambitful's listing gives the boom a working length of roughly 94-232 cm with 1/4" and 3/8" threaded ends, and rates the stand at 10 kg and the boom at 12 kg with a counterweight. The boom is what makes this kit useful: it puts a softbox or lantern over a table or presenter without the stand showing in shot, and it can carry a small light out over a set for top light. Hang the sandbag on the rear of the boom or on a leg under the load, and keep heavy fixtures close to the column.
