A Sony L-series replacement battery from ESDDI in the NP-F550/F570 size, the shortest of the common NP-F packs. It slides onto any NP-F plate, so it fits the same lights, monitors and accessories as the larger F750 and F970 packs while keeping the weight and height of the rig down.
These are the packs to reach for on lightweight setups: an on-camera LED, a small field monitor or a wireless receiver where a tall F970 would get in the way or tip a light stand. Capacity is lower than on the bigger packs, so runtime is shorter on high-draw devices; bring spares for long days and charge them in any NP-F charger.
