Sony's NP-FZ100 is the Z-series InfoLITHIUM pack used across Sony's full-frame and APS-C mirrorless range. It is rated at 7.2 V, 2280 mAh and 16.4 Wh, weighs about 85 g and reports its remaining charge to the camera, so the level shows on the camera screen.
It powers the Sony FX3 and FX30 as well as Alpha bodies such as the a7 III, a7 IV, a7S III, a7R IV and V, the a9 series, a1, a6600 and a6700. On interviews and long event days, plan on several packs per body and rotate them through a charger during breaks; many of these cameras can also charge the battery in-body over USB.
