About this gear
A mechanical mounting plate that carries a V-mount battery behind a mirrorless or DSLR camera. The camera sits on a stretchable baseplate with an Arca-Swiss quick-release plate underneath, and the V-mount bracket folds back 90° with damping so a flip screen stays reachable. SmallRig rates it to a 5 kg payload, it weighs about 260 g and there are 1/4"-20 holes for extra accessories.
SmallRig lists no power outputs on the plate itself, so cameras and monitors are fed from the battery's own D-Tap or USB-C ports with the right cables. Paired with a compact 99 Wh pack it gives a small handheld or tripod rig several hours of power without a cage full of camera batteries.
