About this gear
Cosmo C2 is a two-transmitter, one-receiver wireless video system for 1080p sources up to 60 fps. Each transmitter takes HDMI or 3G-SDI and has a 3G-SDI loop output; the receiver has two HDMI and two 3G-SDI outputs plus Ethernet. Hollyland rates line-of-sight range at up to 1,000 m (3,000 ft) on 5.15-5.85 GHz, with latency from 33 ms. Transmitters run on NP-F batteries or 6-16V DC; the receiver takes V-Mount or DC.
With both transmitters landing on one receiver it covers a two-camera wireless setup, such as a roaming handheld and a stage camera, each arriving at the switcher on its own output. The receiver's Ethernet port carries NDI|HX3, and its USB-C port can present video to a computer as a webcam for streaming software.
